Terrible quality not honouring warranty

In June 2014 I had West Coast Screed lay my concrete flooring. They arrived 2 days late despite many phone calls. The installers left my doors open whilst they were busy despite me warning it looked like rain. The floor now has splatter marks on it. I also have large cracks >2mm all over (floor is over 55m2). I have called Steven and left messages and emails since Dec 2014 - no response whats so ever. We also have huge \rough patches"where the workers just got lazy. They arrived late and didn't want to finish the job. Apparently they were doing me a favour by finishing it. I am very sad I didn't go with Cemcrete. Lesson learnt."""
