Have to redo all my floors

Please be aware the floor screed company called West Coast Screed, run by Steven Roemer.<br> <br> He over-quoted my floor area by 10m2 on a 50m2 quote!<br> On doing the job, he had to redo the floors 3 times because of the floors lifting. I now have to redo the floors because it started cracking and lifting again. He is very unreliable and on some days just didn't pitch up. In the 3 months that they were there, I only saw him once! He once told me he a googled a solution to my floors. He even blamed a manufacturing fault of the product he used as an excuse of the mess they made.<br> <br> He still owes me R3k, but he does not pay. He never answers his phone, or he lets his wife answer.<br> <br> Stay away!<br>
