BAD BAD SERVICE

Had a booking for this weekend which I canceled last Friday. I have been calling them and sending mails for a refund and all I get is promises that they will review my cancelation and come back to me. I dont think they have the money to refund me. Stay away from this place if they cant even give me a decent answer I hate to think what their service is like. Unfortunately I read the other reviews only after I made the booking otherwise I would have never booked with them
