Exceptional Service, Honest Advice & True Expertise
A genuinely excellent experience with West Coast Clutch & Brake. I brought my car in after becoming increasingly concerned about an issue with the brakes. From the very first interaction, Juanita and Tyla were incredibly welcoming and professional. What stood out most was how knowledgeable they were and how willing they were to explain the problem properly rather than simply telling me what needed to be replaced. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout. Everything was handled efficiently, the communication was excellent, and I never felt pressured into having unnecessary work done. It is clear that they take enormous pride in their business and genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. The car was sorted out beautifully and the brakes are now performing exactly as they should. It is rare to find a workshop where you can leave your car with complete peace of mind, knowing it is in capable hands. A special thank you to Juanita and Tyla for going the extra mile. Exceptional service, knowledgeable people and a business I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending. I will definitely be using West Coast Clutch & Brake again.

Fitted new brake pads, continued to squeal, returned 3 times
Fitted new brake pads, continued to squeal, returned 3 times. Still not right. Went to brake specialists, callipers loose and bolts fitted scew, very dangerous to drive. Lucky not a statistic!
