Worst he did not pay his workers!</p> <p> </p> <p>Turns out that Izaak did jail time in the past and has a whole long history on the Police Register.</p> <p> </p> <p>Suspicious is that at least Izaak Postma got referred to 4 for the clients by an professional and registered architect namely Stiana Rencontre.
