Terrible Service Don't deal with these people

This is the worst prooerty management company you can ever deal with.

I have continously had insufficient hot water since I moved in at the end of April this year. Phila has failed on every level to follow through on this issue. It appears as though the geyser is burst, but there has just been no care to ensure this is is permanently resolved. I then decided to start looking for another place to live or to report them to the housing tribunal. We have lived in this property for months like this, and I have never failed to pay my rent on time.

To top this all off the place was advertised for sale, I responded to the ad not realizing that the property I am renting is on the market, I was not given an opportunity to put in an offer to purchase.

I asked Philna twice to speak to the owner and she wanted to ensure that I do not buy this place. I subsequently made an offer on another place and it was accepted. I have told Philna that I am going to give notice but due to the circumstances and how everything unfolded I require my deposit back, yo which she responded saying that the deposit was paid over to the owner and she will ask him. I find thia highly unprofessional and I am just fed up. Dont do business with these people please.

Now I have this damn geyser issue again. I have had a very unpleasant stay here because this managing agancy has a staff member who just is not interested.
