Inspection was not done, new people moved in 1 sep

Good day all<br> Today is 30 days (21 working days).This is absolutely unacceptable feedback.<br> Your company does not want to pay back our hard working money back because of a shower and toilet<br> Which was not cleaned which was the only thing we didn't manage to do considering the fact we moved <br> Late in the night (after 10pm) like mad people because we were working a 8-5 shift on the 31st. Dane was called Home from work because of this madness and you were well aware of the fact that we were only able to move out on the 1st before midday .I mean we paid up until the first in all fairness.<br> According to the rental housing act inspection inside and outside had to be done with occupants, otherwise considered null and void and cannot charge us for anything.<br> That wasn't done because you wanted the new people moved in before the time which is also not our problem. I cannot tell you how to do your job and what your job entails and this is *******!!!<br> If you didn't rush us we could of cleaned the shower and toilet.<br> I know my rights and did my research and this is unacceptable treatment.<br> <br> <br> Regards,<br> Simone
