Poor service and Threatening behaviour

My wife and I have been living in Wesson-Construction and development's Silver Crest Building for 4 years we have every year renewed our contract by getting one signing it sending it back and knowing what we will be paying and all the nitty gritty. This year they demand an increase no official document and have not deemed it important enough to furbish us with one for 4 months. We have been requesting a contract for 4 months now and no reply just threats that if we dont pay for contract renewals and admin money they will take it from our accounts.<br> <br> Anyone who is thinking about living in a Wesson run apartment runaway they don't even fix what is broken you have to do it yourself because they don't listen or care I have had a cracked window for 3 months no joy. Water damaged wall for 8 months and the list go on.
