Good companies get busy because they are good.

Thank you to your Wesslink Electrical for assisting us after the recent storm . I initially got upset because you guys could only assist the next day. So I went ahead and got another electrical company to come out. The other company tried to use scare tactics to convince me to replace items in my DB box at a price of R12 190.00 i told them that i would get a second opinion. I called Wesslink Electrical again with my tail between my legs and made and appointment for the next day. The following day they got to my property and with in 15 minutes found an outside light that had gotten water in which was causing the tripping and advised that there was no problem in my DB box. They then fixed the light and all was good. When they sent the invoice they only charged a call out fee to whuch i was very appreciative.

I must say that I have now learnt a valuable lesson. If an electrical contractor is honest with you and says that they are busy and can only assist you the next day, accept it because first of all they are honest second of all they are only busy because the are good and in high demand as a result.

In future i will be willing to even wait a month for Wesslink electrical if need be. They where so amazing and well mannered. These guys really are experienced.
