Weskus Ford Parts division has probably the WORST service that I have experienced in the automotive industry, wrong parts ordered, customer not being notified of parts not arriving, communication 0 out of 10, email not being answered, bad, bad, bad service! The bird has whispered that Malmesbury Ford gives a 5 star rating service.
