Poor service

My vehicle was towered to them on the 12 12 2022 even they haven't work on the vehicle and the insurance momentum give them authorization but when I inquire about my vehicle I got a very poor service with stinking attitude from the lady that works at parts department companies like must be reported because of their poor service
