Ilze Kritzinger from Weson is the most untrustable agent i delt with in my life, and now that my laywer is on her case she ran away , dont answer her phone. Of course thats why she is staying in Parys , Feestate and was never at the property, she is only collecting money from desperate people . Dont even tgink about renting feom this lady , especially in Weltevredenpark Village Green, she send you photos of about 10 yeara ago of the place to make you believe the place is beautiful , and when you come there , it is actually a mess. After the previous people took out tge furniture on the key handover and i already paid R 10500 for deposit and keys, we saw all the damp and mold. I have all the photos as proof and her collegue who did the hand over even agreed with us that the place was not good to move into. We cancelled everything and already lost a lot of money as our furniture was on the truck to move in . At 4pm that Saturday we had to make a plan. Now she dont answer her phone or emails ...
