They don't keep good accounts, often accuse one of being in arrears when they just simply don't check their bank accounts. They don't do inspections and then they blame damages on the tenant even when photos of the initial condition of the property were sent as proof that damage was incurred before entering the premises.

Very ******* real estate agency working with Speedy Roofing to upgrade the owners properties at the expense of tenants when the lease ends.

They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Basically renting from them is pouring your money down a hole.
