pathethic customer service at wescoal

<p>I have been a customer of wescoal for more than 5 years. this year i received the worst customer service from Peggy, Vicky and Deckie. they overcharged me and then charged a new customer less than me. refused to take my calls, refused to refund me for my goods and collect. i beliver something is going on there as they changed their stories everytime i called and they refused to let me speak to someone on a higher level. i am totally shocked and angry at how they have treated me and how they have overcharged me.</p>
