BAD SERVICE, ******

I bought 100 boxes of Printing Papers A4 sizes from this company Wesco Papers CC Group, Tell: ********** 533 till today I have not receive my paper, they said the parcel is with fortuin courie rservice cc , I received an email from this courier company asking to pay them certain for insurance which is refundable as soon as i get my parcel in good condition, I paid them as well till today I have not received my parcel.

I made numerous calls to both business with no luck, lately they don't even answer my calls anymore. Can some body help me to find this people, I need my money if they cant deliver
