Worst recruitment

I was given an immediate dismissal from this agency without any warnings. I never took this matter to the ccma as I thought it would not be a serious matter on the 8th of May. I have been asking for the ui19 and required docs since they told me it's an immediate dismissal. I was remunerated properly. I have been asking for the required docs for me to claim uif and they just ignore me. When I ask for the required docs they tell me Tracy is on leave, yet they were so quick to dismiss me without telling me about Tracy, I don't even know who Tracy is. This is really frustrating as I have been waiting and asking for the documents as it delays my moving on and getting back on my feet.
