I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a severe delay in getting an inspection from Wesbank. Usually an inspection takes 1 to 3 working days but, this car has been waiting for inspection for a month now,even after trying to contact them and escalation the matter hasn't been resolved. It's shows that they can't even control their inspectors This delay is completely unacceptable and is causing unnecessary inconvenience.
