Gerian Properties (We Rule Properties) ********* and questionable conduct for a property management agency

Gerian Property aka (We Rule Property) is a roperty management agency or comlpany. Who knows they don't even have website and their FB leave much to be desired. We bought in sectional title complex and this company should have the media lens and legal eye on how their business operations is managed. We feel highly compromised and are concerned at be ethics and lack of transparency. We were also asked to pay a special levy since JULY 2017 which was meant to be directed to the Joburg Municipality account. Not only have they not paid the special levies to off set the debt. They also channeled funds to accounts which no one knows about. In addition they have no compassion and everytime down one asks a question they threathen to quit or selectively respond. While the City of Joburg accounts are not paid Gerian pays themselves and pay external audit companies with no paper trail, correspondence, accountability or permission. They are highly divisive and run their company with divide and rule almost like the apartheid government. This lack of transparency and failure to restore any solutions should be a reason why the ombudsman office and The *******ion watch as well as the Estate Agents Affairs Board should urgently investigate one of their members. They lack Amos thy are mediocre and is part of the reason land restoration is still problematic in SA. We are appalled and as victims seeks answers and are committed to ensuring we find solutions. Their letter head says they are Based on Fairlands (Randburg) and we highly recommend you be circumspect in your dealings with them. They are rotten to the core.
