Divorce degenerate into Attorney wanting more and more money

<p>I needed an attorney to handle my divorce. Werno van Asweging said he will charge me X-amount. After we got the settlement agreement, and I wanted to claim my pension - he refused to help me. </p> <p>He wanted R2'000 just to send a paper to court to get stamped and for me to get my pension from my x-husband. Isn't that just part of the divorce? I feel that this is very unfair. Just because he know I will be getting a small amount of money, he wanted me to pay to draw up a paper. </p> <p>I don't even have a car. So I can not go to his office - that is by the I was retrenched and lost EVERYTHING... </p> <p>Just feels like he is acting like a leach.......</p>
