What the bleep just happened lol

What!!! I've been going to Werner's Bistro for 10 yrs off & on, love the food & vibe. Tonight though. What??? The worst service imaginable - I took a client of mine out for an early dinner & was highly disappointed. The singer was lousy the waiter worse (worst waiter ever...like e v e r)...the food as always was excellent. I did mention the k a k service to the manager who promptly pulled the waiter to our table & pointed at us and proclaimed loudly "WORST SERVICE EVER"! Twice. Ummm...ok...wonder which catering or hotel school or management course teaches this way of dealing with stuff & stuff...enough said...I...we...were not impressed. I still tipped the waiter though...and not even a thank you or F..u very much. But then again...can't blame him...his manager handled the situation badly to say the least. I won't be going there again. Not for a long time...neither will my clients
