Worst Agent!

Worst customer experience ever. This agent has no idea how to do his job. Made an appointment with me to view a Townhouse @ 09:30am. When I contacted him when arriving at the townhouse on time, he said the place was too dirty to view. I insisted that I want to still see the property since I'm already there. He said he will be 30 min late then. I showed him on the fact that we had an Appointment for a specific time and he did not notify me of any problems. He immediately responded with "Then the appointment is canceled." And put the phone down in my ear. This is no way to do business or to handle the situation. A simple phone call to postpone the viewing would have made the world of a difference!
