We viewed a property at Camelot Rietfontein, a corner unit, we secured it as it was promised by Werner. To our surprise on sending signed agreements, and actually transferring deposit, which I had to cancel with the bank today, Werner called me very casually this morning to explain that the property was in fact taken the day after we viewed the rental prop, WOW, my wife had called every day since we viewed the property, we were set to move, and so he dropped the bomb, after the fact! The property had in fact been taken last week Friday, but we qualify and could still have the unit next door - we don't want the unit next door Meneer, we signed and placed deposit and sent agreements for the corner unit, faulty, faulty, what a disappointment...
