PROPERTY ISSUES

Buying a house through this development was a complete waste of my money... the house that i live in is less that 2 years old built from the ground up... the house itself was build with cheap material, problems I'm faced & currently facing are as follows:

- the toilet in the main bedroom does not flush properly you have to flush a few times in order for the toilet to work, in my other bathroom the toilet sometimes it pumps water without being used. - the shower in the main bathroom was leaking(was fixed after complaining a number of times) - the tap in the the main bathroom was leaking & the tap in the kitchen busted was leaking & it eventually busted, the was water all over my kitchen(my kitchen as we speak has water damage because this caos)... had to find a plumber to come and replace the tap because I called the office of the developer there was no answer & this was very urgent on my part. -all my doors were not vanished properly(I think)...when it rains they expand due to water damage and they get mold/white looking substance like they a rotting, & its difficult to try & open the doors I have to pull, pull & pull a little harder to initially open the door, since they are made out wood pulling creates a little damage to the doors themselves. - the cement/plastering on the wall is very fragile(for a lack of a better term) it falls off very easily, you bang a chair(plastic chair) on the wall by mistake it creates a hole/visible damage. - One part of the window in the main bedroom doesn't open at all & the wall is scew/ not straight & it was difficult for the carpenter to install wardrobes. - In one of the bedrooms the switch doesn't work properly, you have to switch it on/off a few times or bang the wall to make it work. - there a cracks all over the house, I was told it must be expected/ was normal for a new house, when it "settles" cracks are to be expected for a period of a year or so if I'm not mistaken( I took it with a pinch of salt)... those cracks are concerning. - it is very clear that the tiles al***** the were installed by an amateur, some of the excess groute a had to remove myself, very untidy... bathrooms are the worst. - the guyser vibrated when I used any tap and leaking, apparently that happened due to the water pressure controller valve not being installed, it was installed about a month ago, AS WE SPEAK THE GUYSER STARTED VIBRATING AND LEAKING AGAIN!!!

I've exhausted all my options in trying to find help from the developer, by sending emails, calling and asking to speak to the developer(s) personally with no success to date about some of the problems I have faced... (NB: I was told that I could do so for the next 5years since it's a new house)

LIVING IN THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO FIX, I'M WALKING ON EGGSHELLS IN MY OWN HOUSE, IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE A HOME AT ALL!!!

I AM A FIRSTIME HOME BUYER BY FAR THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE AND I'M READY AND WILLING TO MOVE FROM THIS HELL HOUSE(I'm working on it)... I'M EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND SPIRITUALLY DRAINED.
