Property development: WSD Werner Stander Developer

Hi pls assist, I’m complaining about Werner stander property development, I went into a contract to build a house in February 2020. We had delays of COVID-19 but now everything is back on track and all companies are working except for them. This developer is more like playing with my mind. Nothing is been done ever since Feb whereas I’ve been promised 3 months to get my house. I have called and called the Agencies(Mrs Lorraine, n Mr Nsovo) weekly and went to that place also weekly for any developments happening but nothing, no developments. What they did is only to dig for the foundation n nothing after that. The loan for this house has started deducting their interest as I did a bond loan and still I’m paying for what I don’t have. I’m only communicating with the Agencies as the developer himself does not want to be contacted by clients. Pls assist me on this matter and is there any other person experiencing this problem With this Agencies, property developers in Pretoria. Very bad service I regret my decision.
