if the asking price seems to be a **** by the agent

Since weeks Werner offers a house in CT for R 1.950 Mio. Other agents offer the same house for R 1.995 Mio.

It turns out the house is not being sold for R 1.95 Mio. as the owner wants R 2.2 Mio. He apparently is shocked about the bad condition of his property (hello, it seems he doesn't care) and it seems the agents doesn't report about the bad condition ? If the owner wasn't asked by Werner as Werner dropped the price / or he didn't authorised the drop, it seems that Werner is setting and publishing unauthorised terms? What other terms are not correct or unauthorised false informations ? Apparently (due to Werner) the house-plans are not available but they didn't even bother to get the plans from the local department. Now the owner apparently said, he will repaint the house to cover all the sh*t for R 30k to justify the hidden asking price of R 2.2 Mio.

Did Werner adjust his adverti*****t after the owner wants R 2.2 mio. ? NO !

Is this a trustworthy, responsible acting, not a dubious agent ? Seriously NOT !
