Wrongfully Charged!

Hi, I would like to elaborate on the business ethics of the foresaid company due to the way they have gone about getting to the conclusion that they are owed money for a service and product that was not approved by myself. Do you find it fair to sell a product to a woman that has just had a c section at the time and was still sedated. Even worse explaining to my wife that she could die from blood clots to punt your product. You sir should have had the decency to contact me to approve your service and product. You had a staff member contact me after some time to collect funds for your service. I explained the foresaid to your staff member as to which she had no answers to the way you had gone about things. I had made a request to her that you would personally contact me as I was not happy to pay you for what I did not approve. To date I am yet to hear from you. You have a previous complaint on this platform for the exact reason. You should be ashamed of the way that you do business. MONEY DOESNT GROW ON TREES.
