BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I experienced a situation where I urgently needed legal advice and representation, my first thought was to contact Werner Boshoff Atorneys.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly the reception guy answered and made weird noises and sounded as if he was on something ( highly unproffesional ).</p> <p>I explained to him what I need and I want to make an appoinment ASAP. He said he will find out from Werner Boshoff which is the Attorney and the Director of the company , He came back and said Werner is busy with client but will call me in 10 minutes</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them after more than an hour back and said I still didn't receive any call, he said Werner will call me before end of the day.</p> <p>I called them the next day after still not receiving a call or appointment datefrom them, then I heard that Werner actually wasn't busy with clients but he didn't want to give me a call because he doen't want to focus on new clients.</p> <p>I was shocked and the reception lady was so embarrassed she appologised and gave me a few options of other attorneys, and they helped me and gave me advice within 30 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unhappy and dissipointed in the service I got from Werner Boshoff Attorneys , I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.</p> <p>Please don't waste your time to even call or visit them.</p>
