Rude workshop owner that humiliated me

I was told to go to this guys workshop by the name of “Andie”. When arriving there he checked my vehicle out and saw that there were issues with it. He then slammed the bonnet/hood of my vehicle and told me to get this piece of s**t out of his workshop. I felt so belittled and humiliated. He was so rude and arrogant and I just couldn’t bear the fact to leave this alone. I would never ever recommend anybody to go to this so called “workshop”. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a workshop owner
