Useless Recruitment Acency
I have found werkie to be a useless recruiting agency. Not only won't they give me a chance for an interview but the online test you have to do to assess your ability is ridicules. How can they base my experience, ability and personality on a test that thousands of people have to do without even granting me an interview to see the real me. Not only have a failed the test but I was also told that I won't be able to apply in the future for any jobs they advertise. With more that 30 years working experience I would have thought that they would at least give a chance for an interview.
