Difficult and ridiculous testing
The incredible tests you have to do is like testing a person's IQ. In this fast-paced world, very few have time to do that in especially if they test you on a CEO level and you have not done this type of questions in your life. It is a ridiculous testing before you can even apply for a position. Afrikaans-speaking people fall out too easily as the language is high-profile and if you by accident go out... you forfeit the chance to even be considered.
