vehicle finance not yet cancelled ,still waiting
i got my self a car at pristige motors & signed a contract at weriba motors,i never receive any document of the car,its was on 27 November 2015, monday i took back the car back due to i was not happy with the car & i was took lies,The dealer said he will do cancellation till this year on january i went back to webiba motors the dealer said he cant talk to me he will talk to my Lawyers,i told him i will take the matter to Speak out & media he than apologies & said he will sort the matter out,around february i went to the bank the vehicle finance told me the was a payment made but the is still amount that is outstanding balance

25 Jan 2019, 12:14The reason why there was a delay in the cancellation of the transaction we were waiting for the warranty company to eft money to financial institution in order to get correct amount to be settled, once received ,settlement and cancellation of transaction was done immediately.
