Trade in car not settled with bank

On 11 february I traded my Porsche Cayenne for a Mercedes Benz ML. Up to today Weriba have not settled the trade in and I have since made two payments on the car and have also not been reimbursed. Mr. Van Deventer even sent me a mail stating that he cannot do it now as he had the money but have spent it on paying other dept. He has twenty excuses but when i urged him to do it immediately and offered to help, he still did not do it. I strongly advise anyone thinking of trading a car at Weriba Motors to think twice, it has now been 6 weeks and the car have still not been settled.
