Sold a damaged car

Hello Peter<br> <br> I bought a Mercedes Benz ML 63 from Weriba Motors on 11 February 2015 and immediately realized that something was wrong with it. Took it to Debra for a Multi point test with the result that both lower control arms and 1 shock must be replaced. Mr. van Deventer, the owner of Weriba refuses to take my calls and does not want to fix the car. I am busy trying to cancel the deal. I would advise any person thinking of buying a car from Weriba Motors/Mr. van Deventer not to do so. I send more than R300 000 and he still does not own up to the fact that he sold me a broken vehicle.
