NTT Toyota Louis Trichart dissapoints

In short, I had an "Offer to purchase" for a 2018 C-hr on record at the dealership and the vehicle was still sold to another customer. During my very first engagement with NTT Toyota, I enquired if the specific vehicle was still available. After getting a "Yes" from the sales person, the OTP was sent to me and immediately returned to them. The next day I received confirmation that my finance application was approved, but that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. I do not believe the reason given, that another buyer was before me, was true. Extras (tracker, etc) were offered to me, which I declined. The other buyer accepted these extras and this meant more money to the dealership- this mighf be the real reason for not going through with my deal. Poor service and very unprofessional people.
