Owner Thomas promised the world, how good they are how he was trained in Europe to cure, and cut meats etc. turned out he's actually quite clueless. <br> <br> Product was some times really good but no consistency from week to week. Always something different, wrong casing, different spice, no stock, sometimes fresh , then dry the, list goes on. <br> <br> On two occasions I ordered the same product. Both batches arrived with wrong spices. I wanted to return them for a refund which he childishly refused, Thomas wouldn't even take my calls to explain himself.
