Weq4u a bit pricey

My review has nothing to do with the service at this business but with the prices they charge compared with their competitors in the area. I recently took documents to them for a vehicle change of ownership for which they charge around R230. Just 500m down the road Silver leaf charge R150. I usually do business with silver leaf but on the day in question they appeared busy so I thought I'll give the competition a try. Besides the higher fee, I had numberplates made. I cannot say if they were expensive or not because I didn't compare with anywhere else. What I can say is that I was asked if I want a numberplate holder, and I did. without asking how much i said yes. . Later on looking at my receipt I saw I was charged R80 for a product you can get at midas for R10. When I change ownership I was still repairing the car and as such couldn't provide a rwc so unfortunately licencing won't issue you a licence disc till you produce the rwc. Not a problem I was told, when you get your licence disc you can just collect it at Centurion licencing. Rwc in hand and after queuing at Centurion for an hour I was told that I couldn't collect the disc there as weq4u had paid for my licence in Pretoria and I would have to go there to collect it. I unhappily returned to weq4u to vent my anger and was pleasantly told by Ally that she thinks I'm talking ***(not her exact words but what she meant) and that it's my fault they won't give me the licence because I didn't fill in the correct forms. This is not what the unfriendly, lazy and unhelpful cashier told me at Centurion licencing. Luckily for me Ally volunteered to collect the disc for me at an additional cost of R172. Thanks Ally. Long story short, go down the road for cheaper and no less efficient service.
