Vehicle license renewal

In an attempt to to get my vehicle license renewed online i decided to use Weq4u wich advertised this service. The quote was send the amount was paid on the 30th of September 2020. After following up twice I was told that the order was handled by the Cape town office wich at fhe time have not even attend to the order. I followed up again today with a lady called Simone , only to be told that i have to send the service order number so that she can track the item on the system? The documents that was promised to be couried have not arrived. I found this very dissapointing and would defenitly not recommend the service to anyone.
