Shocking communication

Was quoted 3days to 1 week turnaround. Followed up on day 3 and day 5. I was promised that the consultant would give me an update at 3pm on the Friday when the driver got back. I followed up 3 times on Friday. Consultant didnt give me any update by close of Friday. I had to follow up again on Saturday only to be told that the papers were returned to them but they couldn't say why. So basically in one week, exactly nothing has happened and nobody communicates anything. First and last time for me to use this service provider.
