Poor impersonal service

After various communications on WhatsApp and 12 emails I had to get another company to do my vehicle registration. The communication is impersonal and they kept confusing my location, so I got passed back and forth between their branches. The price for the service was also much higher than other service providers. All in all a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.
