**** - take your deposit and will not return it!

We stayed at the apartments and were asked to pay a deposit of R2000, which we will be refunded immediately on checkout. We paid the deposit and checked out on a Sunday. I called on a Monday to ask what the process was to get my deposit back. I was told that I would be contacted by Rakhee. 26 emails, several calls and a month later and we still have not received our money. Emails barely get answered. The phone gets mysteriously cut when I tell them who I am. This is beyond ridiculous! I’ve been promised that I would be paid and still nothing as yet!
