Not honest and ****s

<p>I was at Durban on the 8october 2016 and I booked for a hotel online the name is Wentworth hotel they specified that u have to enter your card number and the amount will be deducted on arrival but that was not true they deduct it same time,and I called today to ask for a reversal but instead of telling me that I will be assisted they take me to puller and post and when I call they don't pick up my phone and when I call using a different number they pick up the phone.</p>
