Sadly disappointing treatment

The waiting at this hospital is ridiculous. They seem to be understaffed and the care level is very low. Some old people wait from 3am and only get attended to by 2pm. Hungry, thirsty and cold or burning in the heat outside. Some assistant nurses think they are doctors and make diagnosis without knowing the history of the patient. They are very cynical when we tell them that what they are saying is not true about the patient. They can have better human relations as people are forced to go there because they can't afford private treatment. So they are punished for being poor.
