I am so disappointed 👏👏👏

I arrived at the clinic at exactly 7 and we had to wait outside, I had a 9months old baby and it’s freezing. So they finally let us in only to make us wait another 2 hours before they start attending to us because they having a “meeting”

It’s cold and I’m with child. This shows no remorse for the elderly and parents who brought their new borns to the clinic.

This is unacceptable, someone needs to do something to ensure that this never happens Again. My child is irritable and they busy having conversations even after that “meeting” was done👏👏 I am so disappointed in Wentworth clinic.
