Poor workmanship and lacks professional etiquette in attending to clients' complaint

Wendys4u on 14 May 2021, came to Dinwiddie High School to assemble a security guardhouse which the school paid R7000-00 for completion of the job. However, due to Wendy4U's poor workmanship, the door no longer closes, gaps between the wood are wide and the structure is dismantling on its own. Today is 19/06/2021, Dinwiddie High School demands Wendys4u rectify this, or the school will take the matter further. I would not recommend the services of Wendys4u.
