HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at Wendy's #***7

I had the most horrible experience at Wendy's today at 12:08. The host: COURTNEY gave me the most terrible service I have ever experienced in my life. Instead of taking people's orders she takes the lady 2 spots ahead of me which I am number 3 in the cue and 9 more behind me she takes her order and goes to the back in the kitchen for reason I don't know and let's us wait until she felt like she can come out and take the rests orders. I only got to order my food at 12:25 which is really unacceptable. It took the kitchen staff less than 3 minutes to finish my order so COURTNEY on the other hand takes 17 minutes to take a 30second order. I don't know is she there just to collect a paycheck at the end of the week or earn her paycheck. They need to sort her out.
