Wendy Log Homes poor construction and bad customer service

Wendy Log Homes from Centurion built my wendy house in Dec 2021.This cost me R27 500.00 Just 9 months later, they doors had to be replaced as they hard warped so badly it was difficult to open them. More importantly, the structure had started to sag and this would result in the collapse of the structure ultimately. I requested them to come and correct the shoddy work and I was quoted R4500,00 to repair the bad construction. I very reluctantly agreed to pay a 65% deposit otherwise they refused to come and fix their mess. They replaced the doors and "braced" the supporting poles. A clearly inadequate result. AND, When they arrived to do the repair, they had no materials with them to do the repair and I had to provide R540.00 to the staff member to go and buy the necessary materials.
