claims

I put a claim with mine workers provident fund last year early December was told the payment will be made in 4 to 8 weeks, I have been calling them telling me the same story to call after 3 days if I don't get the message my worry now is they told me they deposited the money into my account and it keeps bouncing back and I don't get the message they are telling me I'm gonna get before the payment, I ask to speak to someone who can help me they couldn't help me they told me to call next week Tuesday .please help me.
