No client centricity with Michele Alhadeff

Michele Alhadeff is the wife of the owner of The Wendy Hut Centre in Kyalami, Midrand. Her attitude is unprofessional and she should not be dealing with customers at her husbands company. I had a hut installed paid for cash in September 2014 and the hut is now unaligned, whereby I cannot even close the doors, putting my goods at a security risk. I contacted Michele at the end of January 2015 and by the 23 February 2015 someone had still not come to see the problem to solve as she initially promised. When I questioned who the owner was she denied giving me the name Warren Alhadeff which I eventually got to I chat to him, and put 2 and 2 together, to be confirmed they are married. When I said I would go to Hello Peter and 702 etc she said go right ahead. So here we are exposing unprofessionalism. Warren has stated that someone will be at the residence tomorrow at 10h00, so lets see, I will however never purchase another unit from them ever again due to one persons incapacity to be professional. Michele Alhadeff learn some manners and customer service, Warren change her role before you have no business. Word and mouth is powerful.
