Never trust JOHN OF PRETORIA. SAYS HE BUILDS WOODEN HOUSES

I bought a house at Vaal Marina. A Plett home. The foundation had to be levelled and two bedrooms to be lifted and wooden floors to be done. John Tranos knows me for about a year and he boasts how he builds wooden houses an said he would do the job for R20 000. He operates from Pretoria. He came here and brought ive other people with him. Well three of them were smoking dagga the only night they slept here. John spent not a cent levelling the floor. Put the floors down in the bedrooms. I paid him the full R20 000 before they even started. He came with 18 boxes of Natures floor and then three boxes more. When I asked him if he would do the lounge and dining room as well as there were six and a half boxes left, he wanted R10 000 more. I said no. Then the fight broke out and he wanted to take the six and a half boxes of wood that I paid for. My husband went to get the Police here because he was now threatening me and my son. The Police asked him whether he received the R20 000 in cash and he confirmed it. The Police also asked him whether he bought all the flooring out of my money. He confirmed it again. Then the SAP told him if he takes the flooring they will arrest him. He left. When we went to First Floor in Alberton to buy the same flooring for the rest of the house, we were informed THAT IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED FOR OVER TWO YEARS!!!!! WHERE DID HE GET THIS FLOORING??? I have been asking him for an invoice and he ignores me totally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOHN FROM PRETORIA TO ANYBODY THAT WANTS WORK DONE BY HIM. HE IS A MONSTER AND A ***** OF NOTE. IN THREE DAYS HE WAS HERE ON SITE FOR SEVEN HOURS, THEN HE LEAVES FOR PRETORIA AGAIN
