Worst customer service and after sales service!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Our issues started on day of delivery Someone came to do site inspection beforehand to get all the measurements. We signed Ts and Cs that would get the company out of any situation and I see numerous clients mention it here They delivered a fully constructed roof that was too big to get through any of our areas (no mention of the fully constructed roof or size was made). We had to pay for a full day of labour as well as storage before they fixed it Now, the Wendy is standing skew on the poles and busy getting worse. After we sent the requested pictures we were informed that all the rain probably caused erosion and they don’t cover that. NOBODY came to look before that statement was made. No further discussion on it. Worst service and after service. Just assume when you buy from this company that NO responsibility will be taken for any mistakes and their so called warranty is not worth the paper it is written on
